Create a fun Halloween two page layout with eco friendly supplies!
Make a spooky layout for those fun Halloween photos! This two page spread uses chipboard shapes, painted with Izink Nature Paint, and decorative paper from Photoplay All Hallows Eve kit.
The haunted house was painted with a mix of black, taupe and orange nature paint, the pumpkins with orange paint, and the shutters with black paint. I ran a black ink pad along the edges of the haunted house, and smudged a little here and there. I glued the pumpkins and shutters on to the house. I then cut some images from the All Hallows Eve paper and glued them behind some of the windows. And cut a piece of the dotted paper to put behind the door. The chipboard elements on the left page are already black.
To assemble the pages, I used two 12 x 12 dark brown cardstock for the background. A 6 x 12 inch piece of the ghost paper is adhered to the right side of the right page. Tucked under is a 2 x 12 inch piece of the black cat paper. I then adhered the haunted house to the ghost paper. I loved the look of ghosts coming out of the house!
For the left page, I cut a 4 x 12 piece of the diagonal striped paper. I cut a 2 x 12 piece of the witches stockings paper and a 1/2 x 12 piece of the polka dot paper, and adhered the diagonal piece close to the left edge, the witches stocking next to it, and the polka dot piece over where the two pieces meet. I then adhered the spider, witches hat, and bat on the striped paper.
Additional stickers and title cards can be added!
